Please enter through the Wexner entrance, located at the center of the Harvard Kennedy School courtyard (the one directly across from the IHOP on Eliot St.)

Reminder: The reception starts at 5pm on Wednesday. For anyone who arrives early, you will not be able to access the Reception space until 4:30pm at the earliest, but you will be able to hang out in the Wexner lounge space on the ground floor until then.

You will need a valid form of ID (a driver’s license, passport, or state ID) to sign in with Security at the Wexner entrance; please come prepared!

For those that are flying in:
You should have received Lyft vouchers by email—simply redeem those for your airport transfers. If you haven’t seen them, send an email to tina.chelidze@yale.edu and we will sort it out.

For those that requested parking:
Park at the Charles Hotel garage at 1 Bennett St, Cambridge, MA 02138., which offers both valet and self‐parking options below the building. Please keep Keep your parking ticket, and when you register at the Wexner entrance, we’ll validate it for you.

If you will be arriving for dinner after 6:30pm on Wednesday and have not been to Taubman NYE ABC before, please notify us so that we can have people downstairs to greet you.

You will be asked to sign a photo release form when you check in.
